Visa support

A valid passport and visa are required to enter Russia. The Organizing Committee will arrange visa support if necessary, provided applications are made at least one month in advance. The following information is required to arrange visa support:
  • Full name; Sex, Citizenship; Date and place of birth
  • Number of passport; Passport valid until...
  • Permanent address; Affiliation (University/Company)
  • Dates of visit (from --- to)
  • Place (city) where you will apply for a visa in your country
  • Other cities you plan to visit in Russia (if any)
